We do our best to answer your queries or solve any issues within hours. You can reach out to us via phone or email in English, French, Portuguese, Dutch or Spanish!

Cleaning and Laundry

You will find the Charming Homes in impeccable conditions with fresh bed linen and high-quality towels. For guests that book more than 7 nights, the apartments will be additionally cleaned and supplied mid-way their stay. Cleaning tools and a washing machine are available.

Repairs

Our goal is to make your stay a perfect one, although things can happen. An item breaking down, something leaking or not flushing, we make the repairs in the accommodation as soon as we can upon the guest’s request.

Assistance to guests

During your stay, we are available for queries or assistance. You will be given our phone numbers, which you can always use in case of emergency. In case of late arrivals, we will give you a code to the smart lock so you can enter at your own convenience.

Activities

Upon check-in, we advise our guests on the best points of interest in the neighbourhood. Moreover, written information is provided in the information book which you will find in the apartment.
